VICUS Software GmbH supplies its products and services to businesses, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law exclusively on the basis of its General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, "AGB").
The terms exist in German only, and the German original is the sole legally binding version. We do not publish a translation, because a non-binding English rendering of contractual terms tends to create more uncertainty than it resolves. If you need the terms explained in English before entering into a contract, please get in touch — we are happy to walk you through them.
