The licence terms (Lizenzbedingungen für die Standardsoftware VICUS) govern how licensees and users may use the VICUS standard software — VICUS Buildings and VICUS Districts. They apply in addition to the individual contract and to our General Terms and Conditions.
The licence terms exist in German only, and the German original is the sole legally binding version. We do not publish a translation, because a non-binding English rendering of contractual terms tends to create more uncertainty than it resolves. If you need them explained in English, please get in touch.
